Joe is AWESOME!

Training with Joe for over a year was one of the best decisions I made for my health. Joe is passionate about personal training and helping his clients achieve real and meaningful results. He took the time to “right size” every workout to my goals – weight loss, improved mobility, and strength – and always made sure the program supported my knee and shoulder injuries. Joe presses you just enough, striking the perfect balance between challenge and safety. What makes Joe different from other trainers is his energy and enthusiasm. He brings positive attitude and motivating presence to every session. He does so while being personable and professional Thanks to his guidance and support, I was able to hit my goals. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and knows how to help you get to where you want to be.

A great trainer!

I would highly recommend starting or continuing your fitness journey with Quincy; before working with Quincy, I suffered two back-to-back injuries that left me at about 165 LBs and weaker than I had been since middle school. Quincy has developed a lifting regiment for me that has me back to 180 Lbs of functional muscle, my mile times are back to pre-injury times, and much of my strength is back. Not only does Quincy know what he is doing, and he is fun to work out with. Again, I highly recommend working with Quincy!

Kristie is an amazing trainer!!

I got matched through RightFit to Kristie. Immediately from our first trial session, I sensed the great chemistry between us and knew that we would work well together. I started off my personal training journey trying to be more apt in workouts without injuring myself. Eventually, not only was I able to achieve that, but I was also able to improve my strength, mobility, and come to love different types of workouts introduced by Kristie. A few things I love about working with Kristie: She was very knowledgeable. When I had questions about certain posture, she could always answer my questions. She was really good at customizing and adapting different workouts according to my body needs. These customizations and adaptations also made the workouts more fun and enjoyable. She was very professional. She always came prepared (be it virtual/in-person session), and was very good about keeping time/schedule. She focused on my growth and development. She would adjust her training and workouts every time according to my progress and preference. She also provided notes on workouts on top of my personal training sessions so that I could continue to progress beyond the PT sessions. She was very encouraging throughout my journey and really motivated me to keep trying and pushing for results. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Kristie during my fitness journey and felt very lucky to have connected with her on RightFit. I would recommend Kristie to any of my friends and families.

Great trainer

I started working with John after a not so great experience with another trainer from a different organisation and the difference is night and day. From our first session John has tailored the workouts to suit my style and my limitations. He pushes you to the max but at the same time motivates you and encourages you. He is always punctual and has a great attitude and is just a good guy all round. I will be working with him for a a long time.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Raj is a fantastic personal trainer who helped me develop a personal training plan just for me and helped me to get back in the groove of getting up and going to workout. I wanted a trainer because I didn’t know how to work out alone and gyms can be intimidating. It was a really great idea and I would absolutely work with Raj again. He worked with me and taught me the concepts of fitness and nutrition. The workouts are always enjoyable and they do challenge you but you never know what you’ll be doing the next day which is exciting and it’s never boring.! If you have a goal you want to meet and would like some variety in your workout definitely work with Raj!

Love working with Gail!!

I feel so lucky and fortunate to have worked with Gail. I’ve had personal trainers before who were good, but Gail is a true superstar! She is extremely professional and has a vast knowledge of physiology that should qualify her as an MD. Her workouts are incredibly well-rounded so every muscle gets worked out including balance exercises. She knows how to push me to my limits, but not over exert so I’m not in pain the next day, like other trainers did. I very highly recommend her!
