Love working with Gail!!

I feel so lucky and fortunate to have worked with Gail. I’ve had personal trainers before who were good, but Gail is a true superstar! She is extremely professional and has a vast knowledge of physiology that should qualify her as an MD. Her workouts are incredibly well-rounded so every muscle gets worked out including balance exercises. She knows how to push me to my limits, but not over exert so I’m not in pain the next day, like other trainers did. I very highly recommend her!

Andrew

I have been training with Andrew for over 2 years. Before training we did an assessment and also discussed both long and short term goals. I view Andrew more as a coach than a trainer, He will tell you the why’s of a specific exercise and he keeps the workouts fairly intense but not to the point of failure. He has done this a long time and is knowledgeable and can work with teen and those who are in their 60’s and beyond. I am confident I am stronger, have better balance and much less likely to sustain an injury during a workout or playing a sport.
