After my own weight loss journey( and it IS a journey) I decided to become a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years now and have trained everyone! From Athletes to stay at home Mom’s. I can go from plyometrics to Pilates, Yoga to weight training… or do a blend! I love what I do and love creating program designs to fit every clients individual need(s) so that they too can love exercising. You bring the motivation, I bring the skills, we, together, get it done.
