Highly Recommend Bree

I have worked with Bree for over a year. After just a few months, I could see the difference from working out with her. She is tough and has held me accountable. She has me try new exercises every time so a work out does not get boring. She has helped me to meet all of my fitness goals. I highly recommend Bree to anyone looking for a trainer.

Ironman and Back Again!

Bree trains my husband and I for our active lives. We are parents, skiers, triathletes, soccer players, etc. Bree has been a part of our lives for more than 3 years. She evaluated me when I was in my prime, post Ironman and identified my weaknesses in core and hips. She taught me that my body weight can be more than enough for a killer workout. Bree’s attitude towards fitness, nutrition and lifestyle co-existence makes her approach holistic. Bree’s workouts are tough. Don’t let her calm voice fool you. She will push you to achieve.

Perfect for beginners, gets you caught up fast

I started working with Bree 2 years ago, after an abdominal surgery had kept me sedentary and caused some weight-gain. I had no athletic background, no idea how to use gym machines, no idea about proper form or how many reps to do, etc. Bree was super-patient and understanding, worked around the fact that my abdomen was still healing, and let me take breaks when I needed to. Before long, I started getting stronger, and my form got better really fast. I now look more toned and can fit into my clothes better, but more importantly, I FEEL better–it’s amazing how working on your core even helps your posture when you have a desk job! Since then, I have been bringing my friends along for buddy sessions and they have all been impressed with my progress. If you want to get in shape but you’re embarrassed to get started, or don’t think of yourself as a rah-rah “sporty” type, I highly recommend Bree–she is down-to-earth, empathetic, and knows her stuff.

Retired

I have happily been Michael’s client for over two years. He is patient, cheerful and has a sixth sense about my tolerance for a workout since I have a couple of medical issues that impact my abilities occasionally. My overall strength, tone, flexibility and general well being have improved with his training.

Geologist

Michael has been working with me for over two years. I always look forward to his welcoming smile and positive demeanor. While engaging, Michael is always on point, gently pushing me to get the most out of my workout. Because of arthritis, I have limited range of motion. Michael has custom designed a series of workouts to stretch often achy joints and maximize strength training in neglected muscles. Even when I arrive after a bad day, I always leave the gym feeling great. I highly recommend Michael!

NA

Hi highly recommend Michael as a trainer. He is professional and motivational. He takes the time to know his clients and their specific needs. He adapts every workout to those needs or desires. I had a C5 disk removal and he adapted my workouts to help with my physical therapy needs in healing from nerve damage and loss of muscle strength.
