About Erick Rodriguez
Hello! Congratulations on your journey to continue to improve yourself and your body. My name is Erick Rodriguez and I’m here to make that process as quick, easy, and PAINLESS as possible.
Through my years in the fitness industry, as well as my experience in the United States Marine Corps, I have learned that all progress comes from the the conscientious effort of one’s self to become better. I have acquired knowledge in order to help motivate and drive you to become the absolute best version of yourself.
Using a science-based approach to training, including the psychology of making changes in oneself, reaching your goals has become easier than ever. I have worked with a variety of clients, from the 75 year old grandma who just wants to get up and down as safely as possible, to the 53 year old tennis player who wants to continue to improve his swing and be able to play for many years to come. Even the 17 year old athlete who wants to improve and ensure that his movements take him all the way to the PROS.
Injury prevention and proper biomechanical mechanisms is my TOP priority. I believe that if you can continuously improve in your mechanics and begin to feel good, the rest will fall into place.

Training Professionally Since
Typical Training Session
A through warm up based on increasing the efficiency of the movements we will be performing that day. This warm up will be followed with 30-40 minutes of circuits in order to increase movement patterning as well as muscular stabilization and strength . The level of the movements will progress as the clients fitness progresses. At the end of the session a 10 minute cool down to prevent stiffness and allow proper recovery.
