My calling is to inspire, influence, and impact those around me to be come the strongest version of themselves. I pursued this calling by earning my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Excercise Science from The University of Houston and obtaining my personal trainer certification through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. My life changed once I started lifting weights and I fell in love with fitness. It’s my goal to show others the life lessons you can learn from the gym without charging a ridiculous rate! I’m here to show you just how happy, healthy, and full of life anyone can be by working through their body first.

Typical Training Session
Typically we’ll begin the session by dynamically stretching and warming up the body. Then I’ll explain the workout in it’s entirirty and exactly why I structured it the way I did for your goals. Next, we’ll begin with the strength movement at a high intensity. Once completed, we’ll go into the bulk of the workout that’ll consist of more aesthetic movements that cater towards your needs and goals! I like to finish with some form of low intensity cardio, static stretching, or core work.
