I’ve had 6 sessions by Adam and he’s by far my most favorite trainer I’ve had. The sessions are challenging but I always get a great sweat in. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Training with Ashley and getting into wedding shape!

I contacted Right Fit Personal Training back in August and was paired with Ashley for an intro session. I have been working with her now for over 3 months, and it has been a great experience! I am getting married next May, and I had been trying to lose weight and get into the best possible shape for the wedding for the first half of 2016. I was struggling a bit and looking for a method I could follow for the next few months to meet my goals. I had never tried personal training before, but after hearing my fiancé’s positive past experience with it, I thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve also never been a regular gym go-er. I have done Sean T fitness videos, cardio and yoga but not always on a regular basis. The first couple weeks of training sessions were definitely very challenging! Getting used to lifting weights and slowing building my upper body strength was hard work that I was not used to. But throughout the process, Ashley has been incredibly supportive and has educated me on the right way to exercise. She is an expert in weight training, nutrition and strength-building cardio, so she is able to provide the best exercises for my body type and personal goal. She makes sure that I fully understand a move before doing it and that my form is correct so I don’t hurt myself. She also keeps each class different and challenging so there’s no chance of getting bored. She has helped me with workouts I can do on my own during the holidays or vacation as well. I really enjoy going to each session, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my upper body strength and some slimming on my waist, legs, and arms. She has also introduced me to foam rolling and stretching exercises so my muscles don’t get too sore and tight between sessions. Ashley has also been guiding me on maintaining proper nutrition so that I can get the best results prior to my wedding. Honestly I did not realize how much harder it is to stick to an eating regime than exercising. Going hard for an hour in the gym is definitely challenging, but eating properly requires planning in advance and reminding yourself to stay on track all day. Ashley has been really supportive, and she reminds me everyday of what kinds of foods to eat and provides me with tips to meet my goal. I would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone who is interested in personal training. She has tailored training and nutrition so that I will meet my personal goal to get in shape before my wedding while also learning how to exercise and keep good nutrition. You will have to work hard, but Ashley will be there each step of the way providing instruction and encouragement!
