In a typical training session, clients can expect a structured, personalized workout tailored to their goals and fitness level. Sessions usually begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a combination of strength, cardio, and functional exercises. I emphasize proper technique, progression, and motivation throughout the session. Each workout ends with cool-down stretches and guidance on recovery, ensuring clients leave feeling accomplished, energized, and confident in their progress.
