Hillary has been teaching and spreading her passion for yoga since 2015. The focus during her classes is on developing body awareness, and building strength, alignment, and fluidity in both the body and the mind. All her classes are alignment and anatomy focused, incorporating meditation, breath work, hands-on adjustments, and powerful yet fluid sequencing.
Her personal experience with rehabbing a series of injuries and accidents, as well as continuing trainings and personal study in yoga, anatomy, and Pilates have given her the ability to understand the body’s alignment and anatomy, and how to personalize classes to suit different skill levels, injuries, and objectives. Hillary enjoys teaching yoga, Pilates, and meditation to help her students achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

In a private session we will work together to achieve your specific health, fitness, and wellness goals. Individual private sessions begin with a detailed assessment to determine your needs and goals. Once we get moving, sessions will include personalized, one-on-one instruction that combines different yoga, Pilates, and meditation methods to suit your needs and achieve your goals. We will work with any injuries you might have, and with your specific body type to make sure you’re getting the most out of your movements and your practice.
Private sessions also include hands-on adjustments, meditations, detailed instructions and discussions, and take-home exercises. Private sessions are great if you are trying to rehab or recover from an injury, are working towards a specific fitness goal (ex. get more lean, increase range of motion, better core stability), are working toward a more advanced yoga practice, or simply wanting to unwind and unburden the mind.
Private sessions can be arranged for individuals or for small groups.
