About Keisha Love
I began my weight loss journey 6 years ago with a starting weight of 260 lbs. I never set a goal weight, but the goal for me was to get in shape and never weight what I did when I started. I worked with a fitness group that met 5 to 6 days a week, adopted new eating habits and remained consistant to the task at hand, to lose weight. After the group disbanded, I began working on my own to continue my progress.
Fast Foward to today, I was confident that I could help others get in shape, lose unwanted weight and overall build self confidence, self esteem, and live a healthier more active lifestyle. Due to the demand, I decided to open my own fitness studio where I was able to provide proper training and nutritional guidance to allow my clients to exceed the goals that they set for themselves.
In 2018, I competed in my first fitness competition, Nashville Fit Show, where I placed 2nd in The Women’s Physique True Novice Masters Category. Currently, training for the 2019 competition Season.
My goal as your trainer is to show you that anything is possible when you commit, focus, and dedicate yourself to your goals, put in the effort and do whatever it takes to achieve the goals we set, together. My hopes to have my clients confident to the point where they can compete and win.
Overall, feeling good about yourself, being able to fit into clothes, and having a new way of living a longer, more active lifestyle.
Hourly rate: $75

My client can expect my undivided attention to body detail, constant form assessment, and motivation that is needed to get thru the workout especially when the moments come when the feeling of giving up arrive. To provide the feedback that is needed to progress daily.
