Since the first day I began training with Damon, I have learned so much about health and fitness. He is not only an amazing  trainer, but also teaches you the truth about diets and what health really is in the body. I’m very grateful for the knowledge he was able to share with me. I look like a completely different person thanks to him.

I started working with Bree 2 years ago, after an abdominal surgery had kept me sedentary and caused some weight-gain. I had no athletic background, no idea how to use gym machines, no idea about proper form or how many reps to do, etc. Bree was super-patient and understanding, worked around the fact that my abdomen was still healing, and let me take breaks when I needed to. Before long, I started getting stronger, and my form got better really fast. I now look more toned and can fit into my clothes better, but more importantly, I FEEL better--it's amazing how working on your core even helps your posture when you have a desk job! Since then, I have been bringing my friends along for buddy sessions and they have all been impressed with my progress. If you want to get in shape but you're embarrassed to get started, or don't think of yourself as a rah-rah "sporty" type, I highly recommend Bree--she is down-to-earth, empathetic, and knows her stuff.

Diana has extremely helped me so much since June, she is my first personal trainer and I couldn’t be happier to pick her as my first. I feel like I already know everything I need to know but there’s always room for more knowledge. Diana doesn’t judge you in any way and is with you every step of the way with doing the right exercises and motivating you to push hard with your eating regimen. Her skills have changed me immensely in how a view my health and that I can reach my body goal to the best of my abilities. I recommend her a million times plus 1 all the way, you won’t regret it !

Always there for me  when i fall off. The app is very nice and works for me.  He knows how to work with you.  I still pay monthly to use app and get help when needed and accountability.
