Hi my name is Damon B. Martin! I have been making big waves in the health & fitness industry going on 6 years now.

I’m passionate about understanding & sharing the different proven methodologies there are for fitness, mindset, & nourishment.

My enthusiasm, work ethic, disciple and drive are the expressions that I radiate into those I train, so that they too can be a walking inspiration through their personal transformation.

I’m all about results and full documentation of what’s possible (transformation).

Typical Training Session

Expect enthusiasm, excitement, intention, and understanding.

I treat all my clients and those I work with according to the Golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated.

I modify every workout to each clients own specific limitations and tailor each workout for each clients specific destinations.

Each session is filled with lessons in training the body/mind, in that I teach complex systems to clients through expressing them in simple terms so that it’s easy for them to digest what they are being taught.

Each training session highly depends on body languge and how my client is feeling through communication.

Some days will be intense because the client is clear for that others will be more suttle and decompressing yet still productive towards our outcome.

One thing is for sure… My clients go home with a new gesture, expression, quote, or story because I tend to become a life coach while training.
