I got matched through RightFit to Kristie. Immediately from our first trial session, I sensed the great chemistry between us and knew that we would work well together. I started off my personal training journey trying to be more apt in workouts without injuring myself. Eventually, not only was I able to achieve that, but I was also able to improve my strength, mobility, and come to love different types of workouts introduced by Kristie. A few things I love about working with Kristie:

• She was very knowledgeable. When I had questions about certain posture, she could always answer my questions. She was really good at customizing and adapting different workouts according to my body needs. These customizations and adaptations also made the workouts more fun and enjoyable.
• She was very professional. She always came prepared (be it virtual/in-person session), and was very good about keeping time/schedule.
• She focused on my growth and development. She would adjust her training and workouts every time according to my progress and preference. She also provided notes on workouts on top of my personal training sessions so that I could continue to progress beyond the PT sessions.
• She was very encouraging throughout my journey and really motivated me to keep trying and pushing for results.

Overall, I really enjoyed working with Kristie during my fitness journey and felt very lucky to have connected with her on RightFit. I would recommend Kristie to any of my friends and families.

I would highly recommend starting or continuing your fitness journey with Quincy; before working with Quincy, I suffered two back-to-back injuries that left me at about 165 LBs and weaker than I had been since middle school. Quincy has developed a lifting regiment for me that has me back to 180 Lbs of functional muscle, my mile times are back to pre-injury times, and much of my strength is back. Not only does Quincy know what he is doing, and he is fun to work out with. Again, I highly recommend working with Quincy!
