Client success story
When Dave started training with me, he was 315 pounds. His knees were bad, his arches were flat, and he couldn’t run at all due to his weight and the pain it caused.
At this time, Dave smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. He drank often, and admittedly often drank too much. He was also, as he describes it, addicted to fast food.
Over the course of a 12-month period, Dave was able to break many of the negative habits that were holding him back and affecting his health.
He quit drinking. He quit smoking. He gave up fast food. And to date, he has ran 7 Marathon’s, a 1/2 Ironman, and a multitude of other races around the world.
“Had it not been for me finding you, I am 100% sure that I would still be 315 pounds right now. Or actually, I’d probably be 350 pounds by now. I’ve worked with other fitness coaches and nothing happened.”
As amazing as Dave’s weight loss transformation is, what is truly incredible is that he has kept the weight off for over 5 years! You can see his marathon picture below labeled “315 lbs. to 195 lbs.”.
