Why did you become a personal trainer?
At first, to educate myself more during my own personal transformation. When it changed my life, I was dedicated to showing others how it could change theirs too.
What are your favorite things about being a personal trainer?
Helping others feel good about themselves!
If you could train one celebrity, who would it be and why?
Mel Robbins, because she’s an inspiration! She also mentioned that she hates working out, so I’d challenge myself to make her love it! Just like I make all my clients love it!
If you had one workout style to describe yourself, what would it be?
Functional Strength & Conditioning! I believe being functional and mobile so you can feel good and move better is most important.
In your mind, what is the single biggest benefit for someone to hire a personal trainer?
It is the safest, most effective way to get healthy and strong. The number one thing to me is safety. Having a trainer check your form and guide you is necessary for most people throughout or at the start of their journey!
What are your hobbies?
Playing with my puppy, recreational sports (volleyball mostly).
Any guilty pleasures?
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and NY Style Pizza!
