I have been working with Keely for a few months now.  I have wanted to get a trainer for years and had a number of concerns.  I have had a great experience and none of my concerns (issues working out at home, the wrong person, someone not listening, etc.) materialized. Keely is exactly what I was looking for.  She is organized, has multiple different routines, is focused on my goals (functional strength, flexibility, strength, weight loss), pushes me, is a little sadistic (asking for more reps, then more reps, in a good way), is very personable, and adaptable (I had a few days where I didn’t get good sleep and she stepped down those days routines for my energy level). I look forward to continue working with Keely.
