I do a deep dive into the client’s expectations and goals in order to provide them the ultimate fitness experience. By utilizing the Overhead Squat Assessment on the onset, I’m able to access the compensations as well as strengths to craft a routine tailored to the client’s level. Each client can expect consistent positive energy from me
