I am an experienced Group Exercise instructor that has certifications in cycling, dance fitness (Zumba and Hip Hop), high intensity interval training (HIIT), and TRX. I enjoy being able to teach classes to help people achieve and maintain their fitness goals. I have worked with every age group from children to seniors. I have been teaching group fitness for over 5 years, and its always a great experience working with people.
