an emphasis on proper technique, education as to why, how, and the reason as to what we are doing. There is no set workout, ideology, mantra or philosophy. Everything prescribed is meant to be as effective as possible, as quickly, pain and injury free as possible, all based on the client’s parameters, abilities, health condition, and history. We will eliminate the imbalances, inflexabilities, tightness, pain, discomfort, lack of mobility, sciatic pain and doubts about your ability, confidence and obvious beauty. we work the mental, spiritual, as well as the physical

I have seen the balance, flexibility, and balance increase. They have told me of the increases in upper body strength because of the specific articulations, contractions, and neuroactivations.
