Hello! My name is Ashley Toma and I am a recent healthcare graduate from the University of Arizona. After working in a luxury fitness facility for a year, I came down with a terrible chronic illness that left me bedridden. Through diet, supplementation, and exercise I was able to heal myself and completely change my body. That experience is what shapes my mission as a personal trainer.
