About Cassandra Dill
I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 3 years now and am currently less than 1 year away from receiving my B.S. in Exercise Science. From being a high school athlete, to weight lifting, to power lifting, I have always had a passion for health and fitness. The age of clients that I have experience working with range from 16 – 82. My strengths as personal trainer are: body recomposition, pain management, physiology of weight loss, healthy behavior change coaching, and women’s health and fitness. Everyone is unique, therefor everyone deserves a unique plan that is easy to adhere too and is catered towards their personal goals.
Hourly rate: $65

Typical Training Session
Every session is guaranteed to be unique and tailored to each individuals client’s goals. I believe in the power of education and my clients will leave each session with a better understanding of how they can achieve their goals and how the human body works as a whole. Each client should expect to be challenged each session, but to leave feeling empowered and stronger than when they started. My sessions are strength and interval training focused. Since our time is limited to an hour my clients should expect that every minute will have a purpose.
Client success story
My biggest client success is the father of 2 I helped run a marathon. We’ve been working together for over a year now and he’s accomplished more than he ever believed possible. In 1 year, he’s: lost 20 lbs. of fat, gained 8 lbs. of muscle, transformed his diet, and has brought his run time down from a 10:45 minute mile average to a 7:25 minute mile average. My client successes range from helping an 82 year old man relieve chronic back pain to females interested in power lifting. I love a challenge and working with all types of individuals.
