Why did you become a personal trainer?
I became a personal trainer because I love working with people, and I have always been intrigued by how the body works and wanted to learn about it. I began taking my workouts more seriously in my early 20’s, and once I saw the physical and mental benefits I really wanted to see how much I could push myself.

What are your favorite things about being a personal trainer?
My favorite thing about being a trainer is getting people motivated to take ownership over their bodies I want each of my clients to know that they can become a strong and fit person.

If you could train one celebrity, who would it be and why?
Mark Wahlberg, because he is a badass and I would like to show him my skills by kicking his ass!

If you had one workout style to describe yourself, what would it be?
My style lends itself to something that focuses on more complex movements that really challenges the client. I focus a lot on form, posture, and core movements. I like to keep things moving and creative with the workout, so I like to throw in some boxing and kickboxing.

In your mind, what is the single biggest benefit for someone to hire a personal trainer?
Accountability is the single biggest factor as far as hiring a trainer. Being pushed really hard doesn’t hurt either.

What are your hobbies?
Family activities with my kids and road cycling. I also do triathlons.

Any guilty pleasures?
Good food, and good beer. Moderation in moderation.
