What do you like about your trainer?
I like that Cristina pushes me more than I would myself. I’ve always been pretty active, but not always very motivated to switch things up and increase the intensity of my workouts. I also like the variety of workouts and exercises she has me do. I love not having to think about a workout plan, what muscles I am going to work that morning, and what weight I should use. I just have to roll out of bed and show up, ready to give 100%.

How has your progress been since starting with your trainer?
I have more energy, I’m more confident, and I’m much stronger! The first time I met with Cristina I barely made it through a 30 min. workout. I felt sick after doing sit-down squats, now I can do them one-legged and with weight. I can see muscles in my back that I didn’t know existed. My legs and arms look strong and lean.

What would you suggest to anyone thinking about hiring a personal trainer?
If you are ready to work hard, go for it. It is an investment, but so worth it. I started working with Cristina 6 months before my wedding. My plan was to stop or cut back on sessions after the honeymoon. Well, four months have passed and I’m still working out with Cristina twice a week! #can’tstopwon’tstop

It has been a great experience working with Cristina and RightFit Personal Training. I would recommend Cristina and RightFit to all my friends.
