I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2009, most recently recertified in December 2023. Over the years, I’ve worked as the lead trainer for both football and basketball teams, coached bootcamp classes, and trained individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

What drives me is seeing how fitness transforms more than just the body, it sharpens the mind, strengthens emotional health, and builds confidence that carries over into every area of life. Training Philosophy
My philosophy is built on functional strength, overall health, and injury-free training. I believe in slow and steady progress that creates lasting results, not quick fixes that lead to setbacks.

Typical Training Session

Each session begins with a quick check-in to see how you’re feeling that day, followed by a proper warm-up to get your body ready and reduce risk of injury. We’ll then move into a big multi-joint movement that delivers the greatest return on your time and effort, and finish with higher-rep, single-joint exercises to raise your heart rate and pump blood into the muscles we’ve worked. Throughout the session, I’ll remind you to focus on good form and keep your core engaged. My style is supportive and encouraging. I’ll push you with tough love when you need it and cheer you on when you need extra motivation. The goal is for you to leave every session stronger, safer, and more confident.


Client success story

One of my favorite success stories is a father who came to me overweight and struggling to keep up when playing basketball with his kids. He felt tired, unathletic, and discouraged. Through consistent training together: focusing on building strength, improving conditioning, and developing healthier habits. He lost weight, gained muscle, and started moving like an athlete again. Now he can run the court with his kids, play the game he loves, and enjoy the energy and confidence that comes from being fit and strong.
