I am currently studying Kinesiology at Texas Woman’s University to work as a strength coach for a football program. I’m training to compete in powerlifting, but enjoy and learn from all kinds of exercise training. I want to teach movement patterns that increase muscle, increase strength, and prevent injury. I ultimately want to inspire others to be active for life.
Hourly rate: $65
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I’m going to push you to muscle failure for each set. I’ll make sure you’re focused on activating the correct muscle and correctly performing the technique. I’m as invested in your success as you are. If you’re gonna train with me, I want it to be worth your while.
When one of my clients started with me, he was hesitant to increase the weight he attempted to lift. In about a month, he’s increased his deadlift by 90 pounds and bench press by 40 pounds.
