Clients can expect for me to ask them questions about their goals and what they feel comfortable with doing in the gym. From there I will let them know that we will work together to take them out of their comfort zone. When pertaining to fitness being out of our comfort zone I know for sure that we will see results and that we will always feel better about ourselves compared to when we first started training.
