With over 7 years of experience in personal training, I bring a deep passion for movement, strength, and performance. My background includes 1-on-1 training, small group sessions, large group instruction, and mentoring other trainers in their development. I specialize in tailored fitness programming, movement assessments, and performance coaching designed to meet each individual where they are and push them beyond where they thought they could go.
Currently, I lead and developed the Summit Performance program, an advanced group training experience that blends strength, endurance, and mindset. My approach is rooted in precision, consistency, and results, and I’m always striving to help others transform both physically and mentally.

A typical training session starts with a focused movement assessment to identify mobility restrictions, postural imbalances, and neuromuscular readiness—ensuring that the body is properly primed and that each session is both safe and effective. From there, we move into a structured, goal-driven workout that integrates strength training, metabolic conditioning, and functional movement patterns. Each component is tailored to the client’s unique biomechanics, training history, and progression timeline, with an emphasis on proper technique, controlled intensity, and measurable outcomes. Sessions are designed not only to challenge the body but also to build long-term resilience, improve movement efficiency, and develop a deeper awareness of how you move and perform.
One of my most meaningful success stories is helping a client recover from a severe ACL tear—when we started, she couldn’t run, jump, or even lift her child to play. Through progressive strength training, mobility work, and strategic conditioning, she eventually told me she was not only playing with her kids again but also running up and down the stairs with confidence. Another proud moment was working with a dedicated client during both the final weeks of her pregnancy and just a month postpartum—guiding her back to foundational movements like squatting, rebuilding core strength, and safely shedding the excess weight. I’m also currently coaching an 8-months pregnant client who confidently deadlifts 200 lbs and clean-to-overhead presses 125 lbs—proof that strength doesn’t pause for life transitions. These are just a few highlights from the hundreds of clients I’ve had the honor to coach, each with their own powerful transformation.
