My training philosophy is identifying your current level of fitness, and then setting incremental short-term goals that lead to your long-term goals.

Typical Training Session

Sessions are enjoyable, professional, and educational. I get to know each of my clients and create programs that are customizable to their current fitness level, limitations, and goals. I provide all the necessary equipment, and the first session is always on me.

I’ve been working with Eric for about a year, and couldn’t be happier with my experience! Going into my initial sessions, I was someone who had no idea how to even begin a workout, and had no confidence in utilizing strength training as a work out option. In the time since I’ve gained a confidence in the gym, and with my body, that was beyond what I’d expected or really ever thought I would achieve. The consistency, and consideration of each program we’ve done has been impressive, and completely built around my specific goals, while being flexible with the needs (especially as we learned them) of my body.
