About Corey V

From once a low confident, 5’8 345lbs 13-14 year old boy, to losing 156lbs in exactly 1 year, I, Corey Vanzant decided I wanted to help people who was in the same position he was in. The ambitions to prove to others and more importantly himself wrong that he can look like a completely different person compared to when he started while simultaneously changing a current era in his life around. Eager to help and make a change to the people around me all starts with one.

Training Philosophy
Life is not what you do. It's how you do

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

What can a client expect from me for the 1st few Sessions, I see what I’m working with what can you do and what can’t you do. If we were in a gym setting, I would like to see how well can you have a conversation while running. It’s called the conversation test. This lets me know how well your fitness is. After I see what my client is all about after a few sessions, I used what I learned to make them a good routine just for them.

Client success story

I have this 1 friend, he was almost in the same position I was in when I first started. He asked how I got to where I was because he seen the shape i was in, so he was inspired. So I told him all the necessary steps to how I and how HE can do it. First I showed him the nutrition aspect on how to calculate his TDEE, BMR, Macronutrients. After that was tracking food. I told him to get and download the app “Lose it”. as it will help him see exactly how much he’s eating. Because you MAY think you don’t eat that much. But when you track anything and everything you eat, you see how much you really eat. Next up was seeing what he likes to eat and how he could maintain and eat the same thing over and over until he hit a certain goal. Now came the exercise. Since he was like me when I first started, I pretty much taught him on how to take his first steps… By taking his first steps of the day. I told him 8-10k steps A DAY. Because that’s what anyone is supposed to do. can’t be sitting down for too long. Once felt comfortable doing the things I mentioned, came time for the Workout routine. Since he has school, he has to balance things out. So he told what days were best for him to workout and what days were not. So I made workouts to where he can have enough time to be in and out. do exercises for 45 minutes – 1 hour. And be home to do some work. And FINALLY after taking what I showed him, he has lost 44lbs as of 1/9/24. keep in mind we started les than 1 year since starting
