About Brian G

I’m Brian. I am very passionate about changing peoples lives through fitness/performance/health-wellness training. I have 15 years of experience in the field. My fitness journey started after my father prematurely passed away when I was 25 years old from a heart aneurism due to poor health/lifestyle choices. This was a wake up call for me to make changes in my life. I hired a trainer to work with and from that point on I was intrigued with the science of the human body and decided to make helping others my mission in life. Throughout my career I made it a focus to continue my education to perfect my craft. I now hold a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Performance.

Typical Training Session

Giving the client information to lead them to impactful results to attain their goals as well as a well planned out program to give them long lasting impactful results. The session begins with Self-Myofascial release techniques to relax overactive muscles that restrict the clients movements, followed by corrective exercise to improve how the muscles work together to achieve optimal functionality and correct movement mechanics and ideal standing and dynamic posture which improves all aspects of clients goals (performance, health, stress reduction, body composition changes, improved health/fitness/sleep/energy levels).

Client success story

I have had many great client success stories. One of my favorite clients (Chad), who had a bad experience with a previous trainer who progressed him way too fast and had him doing things that his body was not ready for. I put him at ease that that would not happen with me and we trained for years where he had positive gains in added lean mass, reduced body fat percentage and improved athleticism. Before he move across country we spent a lot of time working on boxing training. When we started he had never really thrown a punch before, and by the end of our training he was throwing combinations of punches in our focus mitt drills that had him able to defend himself if needed. He was a teacher and shared our videos of the sessions with some of his former students and they made comments like “this is Bad-Ass.” We still keep in touch today. He lives in Denver.

Hobbies
Regular Pool/Billiards player, big fan of sports, music (all genres, but especially hip-hop), and living life to the fullest! I have a large library at home consisting of many different subjects. I believe we should learn something new everyday!
