I have a passion for health and a calling to share it, turning a fit lifestyle into a second career. I’m a Certified Pilates Instructor and utilize mat Pilates and studio Pilates for my training. Since retiring from my private pediatric dental practice 4 years ago, I’ve completed several fitness certifications with a focus on weight loss/nutrition and also corrective exercise/Pilates. I love working with people and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. I have personal experience with weight loss; I was 40 pounds heavier when I started dental school at Georgetown University many years ago.

I’ll work you hard enough to always challenge you and be there to coach you through it all. I can train you with mat Pilates at home or at a fully equipped Pilates studio.
