Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is centered around a blue collar approach to fitness that prioritizes simplicity and consistency. It's amazing what you can accomplish when these ideas are followed in fitness and nutrition.

Training Professionally Since
December 31, 2018

Typical Training Session

A typical training session will begin with an active stretching and mobility warm-up to prepare for strength training. Depending on one’s goals, we will typically hit the strength training hard and incorporate a HIIT style workout a couple times/week. I believe in strength training to build muscle and nutrition/movement to create a caloric deficit if fat loss is the goal. A cool-down stretching period will be taught to the client that we can perform together or can be done on their own if times is short.

Client success story

I have two that I’m most proud of: My longest running client, Ryan, has lost around 50lbs by changing his diet, getting more daily movement, and strength training with me 3-4 days per week. Secondly, I trained a you man who wanted to join the Marine Corps and helped prepare him for boot camp. He could only do 1 pull-up when we first started workout and could barely run a mile. We trained for around 9 months and he made it through boot camp and is now a United States Marine.

Hobbies
Spending time with my beautiful wife, son, and dogs. I love live music and football.
