About Aaron Mills

I have always been active from baseball to football to snowboarding, mountain biking, and everything else in between. One thing that helped me perform at my best was to focus on my strength and conditioning. While I continued to learn more about fitness, I was fortunate to be able to work in Sports Medicine where I enjoyed helping people get back to where they once were. Putting my rehab knowledge together with my fitness knowledge allows me to help people reach and surpass their goals.

Training Philosophy
I like to spend some time getting the know the individual’s background and health history so that I know what I’m working with. I find out past injuries and what has worked and what hasn’t. I try to make it as enjoyable as possible. I understand that for

Typical Training Session

A typical training session with me is going to vary every time. I try to make it so that every time you train with me we will not do the same thing. I try to keep every session different than the last one.

Client success story

Zauhar L.

Hands down Aaron Mills knows his stuff. All too often the fitness trainers do not tap into how a person is responding to their training and definitely do not explain the why’s behind the particular exercise. Mills on the other hand not only figures out what is working and what’s not but explains in detail why the movement will he of benefit. Attention to detail. That stands him out miles above the rest and the reason I have spent more than 3 years being trained by him. You want to recover from an injury? You want to get fit? Want to get strong or be a cross fitter and have fun doing it. The buck stops with Aaron

Hobbies
Watching my kids play soccer, snowboarding, skateboarding, mountain biking and hanging out with my family and dogs.
