Personal Trainers in Woodstock, GA

I have been training with Andrew for over 2 years.  Before training we did an assessment and also discussed both long and short term goals.

I view Andrew more as a coach than a trainer,  He will tell you the why's of a specific exercise and he keeps the workouts fairly intense but not to the point of failure.  He has done this a long time and is knowledgeable  and can work with teen and those who are in their 60's and beyond.  I am confident I am stronger, have better balance and much less likely to sustain an injury during a workout or playing a sport.

What impressed me most about Ron was his knowledge and passion toward fitness. Not only he explained how to do each exercise, but explains what muscle groups and functional movements we are working on and why. Since starting workout with Ron and Tri-Fitness, everything has improved, my strength, power, aerobic capacity, flexibility and my waist is 2 inches smaller. My lower back pain is gone and I can now pick up my one-year-old child without any pain in my back. Working with Ron has also greatly improved my core strength and functional movements. Most of all he makes working out FUN! I never worked out before I started with Ron and Tri-Fitness. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape and use a personal trainer.

I've worked with many personal trainers over my years as a former athlete. They can all work out you in a gym, but not many know what to do outside of the gym. I was looking for someone to take me outside, get creative, keep my interest while working me out and working around old injuries.

Well, Sarah listened. And delivered 1000%. 

Working with her was a lot of fun. She was able to push me past my limit, while keeping things interesting. The hour FLEW by. Which let me tell you, is not always the case. Can't wait to work with her again. 

Noelia is without a doubt one of the best trainers I have worked with. She is structured, passionate, and motivating. I am dripping with sweat after every workout!

I thought my trainer, Daniel, was very knowledgeable and helpful with my personal training sessions. He was a great motivator and knew my limits. He worked me out hard and really knew what to get out of my body. Daniel is experienced and thoughtful as well as a team player. If you want someone who is willing to work with you and get the most out of you I would highly recommend him. Please give Daniel a shot. He is well worth your time.

I came to Megan needing a lot of help because my job, which requires lots of heavy lifting, was giving me a beatdown. Love her approach of using wide array of approaches: kettlebells, dumbells, bodyweight, lots of stretching, posture, sled, ladder drills WHEW!  Within a few sessions I immediately felt the difference.  Total complete approach to helping me improve my body, which also led me perform better at martial arts classes.  She also provides great positive energy to get you through the workouts. Absolutely recommend!
