About Ebony

I am a free spirit fun individual with over 10yrs of Yoga Instructing with different styles such as for relaxation, strength and toning, inversions, and power. I started providing Thai Bodywork when I realized for some individuals it was easier for them to be stretched rather than trying to move their own bodies on the mat. This allows them to still experience the relaxation of yoga. Thai Bodywork is described as having a massage and a stretch session all in one! I am also a Reiki Practitioner. In my spare time I enjoy nature, writing poetry and reading books.

I believe all physical bodies can practice yoga, it is a matter of the instructor to be able to provide a pose that is suitable for each individual body.

You can expect to receive exactly what your mind and body needs. I enjoy allowing students to explore their strengths and weaknesses while on the mat and be comfortable with accepting both.
