Having worked in the health and fitness industry for more than 25, I have had many opportunities to serve in many ways. a typical client is not necessarily an athlete, usually they are looking to improve their quality of life and to be able to enjoy the activities of their choice. Clients and I collaborate to create programs, taking into account their desires, abilities, and available equipment.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Typical Training Session
Session content depends on the client; their abilities, goals and equipment available. I include a warm up, some core and joint mobility exercises and yoga, cardio or strength as needed for goals. Breath work and mindfulness practices are woven into each session, for stress management and balance.
Client success story
I began working with Kerry’s daughter about 3 years ago. Sometimes Kerry would join in, but found a lot of movements difficult because of her weight, back pain and lack of energy. When diagnosed as pre-diabetic we started working together regularly and Kerry began to make healthy changes to her diet as well as exercising regularly. Today, Kerry has lost more weight than she thought she could, she states she has more energy and rarely feels any pain in her back. She looks forward to exercise and best of all has been able to make healthy changes for her family.
