beFit beYou is a nutrition coaching business designed to provide sustainable and realistic solutions for people of all ages. The founder, Ashley Lytwyn, MS, RDN, LDN completed her master’s degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Nutrition & Dietetics and prides herself on using sound nutrition advice that is backed by science-based research. Ashley believes that teaching the tools of how to create healthy, balanced meals, along with proper, high quality supplementation is a system that has worked for many of her clients and a system she utilizes personally.

beFit beYou will be offering a MealPlan Builder to help educate RightFit Personal Trainers on how to best counsel clients in regards to nutrition. We will soon be holding nutrition Lunch and Learns with Ashley to all become more understanding and aware of nutrition. Ashley’s education and research over the past 8 years is trusted, backed by science and an approachable way to help clients live an overall healthier eating lifestyle.
