I truly enjoy helping people. Some people need an extra push or are uncertain as to how to take their body to the next level. I pride myself in being that extra hand to get them there.

What are your favorite things about being a personal trainer?
I love interacting and meeting new people. All of my clients have become my friends.

If you could train one celebrity, who would it be and why?
The Rock. I like his work ethic and he’s hilarious!

If you had one workout style to describe yourself, what would it be?
Circuit training, for sure! Great for strength and endurance.

What are your hobbies?
Working out, traveling, trying new foods, watching action & adventure movies
