I have over 10 years of experience as a full-time Personal Trainer and business owner, helping men and women of all different fitness levels lose weight, build lean muscle, and improve their health. In 2014, I was voted Chicago’s “Best Personal Trainer” by Chicago Reader magazine, Best Of Chicago edition. I also enjoy writing about fitness and nutrition and have been published in a variety of media publications such as Muscle & Fitness, The PTDC (Personal Trainer Development Center), Bach Performance, and Voyage Chicago.
Working for many years in corporate America, I experienced first hand how difficult it is to find the time to balance friends, family, exercise and eating healthy. I became a Personal Trainer to help people insert health and fitness into their lives wherever and however it fits them best. When I work with clients I am very focused on movement and proper form. I believe that with a little hard work anything can be achieved. I am the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have experience working with a broad range of clients including: busy professionals, athletes, expectant and postpartum mothers, special needs and rehabilitating injuries, elderly, children anyone looking for some extra motivation to lose weight or improve an already healthy lifestyle.
Training to become healthier and more fit is about changing and adapting to a new lifestyle. This is my goal as a trainer. I strive to create the best YOU by working on form and execution, teaching you about YOUR body, nutrition, and preventive wellness. I have experience in bodybuilding and training clients for shows. I work with post rehabilitation and preventive injuries, nutrition and wellness consulting and overall body composition transformations.

I’ve been a gymnast since I was three, and competed in Division I gymnastics at Bowling Green State University. I have a passion for fitness and training, and I love helping people reach their goals! Hello! my name is Alexander and I have been a Fitness Professional for over three years in the Chicagoland area. Ever since graduating from North Park University, I have been helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals. Rooted in science, education, and hands on experience, my training style/technique has been able to reach all ages and populations, from young athletes to the elderly. Movement has always been a significant element in my life, learning from a young age about its importance.
