My purpose as a fitness professional is to improve the quality of my clients living. I believe nutrition and functional movement patterns are the foundation to any fitness program. My training style is intense but fair! I believe progression is necessary, meaning, starting everyone at their own fitness level is my philosophy. Challenging my clients is a must. They will experience proprioception workouts which will train the body how to react to unfamiliar situations. The world challenges us everyday! My name is Sean Courtney and I am a lifelong mover and fitness enthusiast! Ever since earning my degree in Exercise Science I have been prescribing exercise and helping people reach their personal fitness goals. YOUR success translates to my success.
