I’m Yarelie, a NASM-certified personal trainer with years of hands-on experience helping women and busy moms feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin. My fitness journey began with a passion for movement and grew into a career focused on guiding others through realistic, sustainable workouts and nutrition strategies. I’ve worked in both fitness and healthcare settings, giving me a unique perspective on safe, effective training for all fitness levels.
Today, my focus is on empowering clients to build strength, improve energy, and create balanced routines that fit into their everyday lives. As a mom myself, I understand the challenges of balancing health with a busy schedule—and I’m here to show you that fitness can be both achievable and enjoyable. My aspiration is to continue expanding my reach, offering accessible programs and coaching that help people transform not just their bodies, but their mindset and lifestyle.

A typical training session with me includes a dynamic warm-up, customized strength and conditioning exercises tailored to your goals, and a cool-down with mobility or core work. Clients can expect clear guidance, proper form coaching, and a supportive environment that challenges them while keeping workouts safe, effective, and enjoyable.
One of my clients came to me feeling stuck, lacking energy, and unsure where to begin.
