About Wayne Landa Kaya


I have been a certified personal trainer since the early 2000’s, working with a wide variety of people. My background is in weight loss, nutrition, group training, MMA conditioning, performance enhancement, physique and bodybuilding, youth training, martial arts, military physical preparation, boxing and kickboxing, physical-and-occupational rehab, and flexibility. As a military vet and former competitive martial artist, I help people enjoy exercising, increasing their quality of life.

Typical Training Session

After a 10- to 15-minute warm-up and stretch, we will do a 30-minute strength and conditioning portion. Core training comes in last.
