I’m a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor and indoor cycling coach with a deep passion for health, fitness, and mindful movement. I specialize in guiding others toward physical vitality, mental clarity, and inner balance through accessible yet empowering practices. My teaching focuses on functional alignment and intentional movement to help students build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies.
In addition to teaching, I’m an avid outdoor cyclist—long-distance rides and racing are where I find both challenge and joy, with time trials being my favorite discipline. In 2023, I had the incredible experience of racing across the country as part of an eight-person team in RAAM (Race Across America), one of the most demanding endurance cycling events in the world.
I’m currently pursuing certifications in both nutrition and personal training to deepen my understanding of holistic wellness and better support those I work with. Outside of movement, I love spending time in nature with my camera and in the kitchen creating nourishing vegetarian meals. I’m committed to creating inclusive, supportive spaces where people feel empowered to grow, explore, and connect—on the mat, on the bike, and beyond.
Hourly rate: $75

Each personal training session is fully tailored to the client’s individual needs, goals, and abilities. Clients will receive one-on-one guidance with focused attention on form, alignment, and overall well-being. Whether a person is working with physical limitations, exploring more advanced poses, or deepening his or her understanding of breathwork and meditation, every aspect of the session is designed for the client.
Expect a customized flow, real-time feedback, and thoughtful modifications to support the body safely and effectively. There will be space to ask questions, move at a pace comfortable for the client, and the client will feel truly seen and supported. Many clients also receive a personalized home practice plan and ongoing support between sessions to help maintain consistency and track progress over time.
