Typical Training Session

A typical session is tailored to your needs and goals, starting with a grounding warm-up to connect breath and body. This is followed by purposeful movement sequences to balance strength and flexibility, leaving you feeling aligned, empowered, and renewed.

Client success story

One of my most inspiring experiences as a teacher was with a client who came to me after years of struggling with chronic back pain and feeling disconnected from their body. They were hesitant to move and unsure if they could ever feel strong again. We started with gentle, mindful movements, focusing on building trust in their body and creating a safe space for progress. Over time, their mobility and strength improved, and so did their confidence.

One day, they shared with me that they were finally able to pick up their child without pain—something they hadn’t done in years. It was a transformative moment for both of us. Watching them regain not only their physical freedom but also their joy and self-assurance reminded me of the true power of movement and healing. Helping them reclaim their life was one of the most rewarding milestones of my career.

Hobbies
Outside of teaching, I love puzzling, practicing contortion, and exploring sound healing with instruments like crystal bowls and chimes. As someone in recovery, sobriety is a foundation of my life and inspires the mindfulness and balance I bring to work.
