Training Philosophy
I like to focus on resistance training with progressive overload. I believe that building muscle burns body fat, cardio only burns calories!

Training Professionally Since
July 5, 2013

Typical Training Session

A typical session will start with a warm-up to get heart rate going and prepare the muscles that we will be targeting that day (active stretch).
Then we will usually do 4 to 5 exercises, focusing on one or two muscle groups involving compound movements. Clients can expect to do 3-5 sets of each exercise in the 8-15 range depending on their fitness goal. All sessions will end with a cool down involving static stretches for muscles we worked on.

Client success story

One of my clients success stories involves Christina who came to me at over 300 pounds with diabetes and other health issues. By training with me consistently three times a week and monitoring her nutrition we hope to get her to a healthy weight that she had not been able to see in decades. Even better is that she reversed her diabetes condition and no longer had to take her medication
