Hi! My name is Shadi (yes, that’s my real name ;)) and I have been coaching clients on mindset, movement, and nutrition for about six years now and have had my personal training certification since 2019. I also have a background in massage, which has provided me with extensive knowledge of the body and heightened my passion for helping others feel good not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A custom workout based on your goals and needs and where you are right now in this moment. I’ll push you to challenge yourself but I also trust that you know your body best and will never give you “drill sergeant” vibes.
