Training Philosophy
I believe in training with a purpose centered around your goals, limitations, current physical capabilities. I believe in a functional style of training that works on a wide variety of phases of training that trains your body as one functional unit

Training Professionally Since
September 18, 2018

Typical Training Session

My clients can expect the bulk of their workouts to be high intensity total body workouts that work on a variety of phases of training centered around achieving their goals within their current capabilities. I do a Health and Fitness assessment on all the clients I work to gather more information on their health history, family medical history, Goals, injury history, past surgeries, medications, nutrition, current physical limitations, etc. Workouts include a warm up and cool down that consists of a combination of foam rolling, dynamic stretching, static stretching, mobility exercises, and corrective exercises.

Client success story

I have been a Fitness Coach for the past 10 years so I have had quite a few. 2 that really stick out to me are Chris C and Jim F. Chris wanted to lose over 100 lb. and We we’re able to lose 115 lb. in 15 months which from a weight loss point of view was my greatest success story so far. Jim is a 65 year old that traveled over 100,000 miles per year and needed to work on all phases of training but most importantly his posture, balance, and correcting muscle imbalances throughout his entire body. Not only have we improved in all of those areas but for a 65 year old aesthetically he is ripped and in tremendous shape.

Hobbies
I enjoy traveling and traveling to Myrtle Beach South Carolina every year with my family. I love all types of music, going to concerts, going to live sporting events. I enjoy playing racquetball, football, basketball, baseball, and other sports.
