I have been a fitness enthusiast much of my life. I’ve been in the mental health field for over 20 years and recently completed my personal training certification. I believe that exercise plays an important role in physical and mental wellbeing, and that developing a fitness routine can help individuals find balance and manage stress. I earned certifications in fitness nutrition in 2015 and personal training in 2025, and have completed specialized courses in sports performance anxiety, hard style kettlebell technique, and mindfulness for stress reduction.
I offer in-person and virtual personal training, as well as written programs. I have special interest in helping women gain strength and maintain their muscle mass as they age.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Sessions include warm-ups, working sets, and a cool down. I aim to personalize each session to meet the needs and goals of the client and I take time to address any injuries, limitations or modification needs.
