About Ryan B

I’m Ryan Benson, a former Division II baseball player with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and years of experience helping people move, feel, and perform their best. My background as both an athlete and a Physical Therapy Aide has given me a deep understanding of training, recovery, and injury prevention. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from athletes looking to improve performance, to individuals rebuilding strength after injury, to anyone simply wanting to feel stronger and healthier in daily life. My passion is creating personalized, effective programs that build confidence and lasting results. Currently, I’m focused on combining my sports performance background with my clinical knowledge to help clients achieve their goals safely and sustainably.

My training philosophy is to create personalized programs that build strength, improve movement, and support long-term health and performance.

Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

Clients can expect a focused, structured session that begins with a proper warm-up, progresses into strength and mobility work tailored to their goals, and finishes with conditioning or recovery strategies. Each session is challenging but safe, with clear coaching and encouragement every step of the way.

Client success story

One of my most rewarding success stories is a client in her 40s who came to me after a major ankle injury and completing physical therapy. She had gained significant weight since college and her goal was to regain her strength and mobility so she could return to horseback riding. Through consistent training, she not only built her confidence back but also achieved incredible results—within 6 months she was riding again and had purchased her own horse, and within a year she had lost over 100 pounds.
