Training Professionally Since

Typical Training Session

A typical training session can vary from person to person. Each program will be specifically tailored to the client based on their needs and limitations. Typically a training session will last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the clients level of fitness. They will be full body or area specific training programs. We will go over an initial assessment to make sure you are feeling good and then based on that we will make sure the program fits well for the day.

Client success story

I have had many clients over the last few years, but the one that sticks out to me the most is the story of an athlete that got into an accident and was nearly paralyzed from the waist down. He gained his initial strength back from doing physical therapy and then started out coaching sessions with myself. We worked on corrective exercises and built up his strength enough that most all of his pain was gone. We not only regained his ability to walk/run/jump, we gained the ability to lift heavy and truly be an athlete again. He now plays regular games of basketball and lifts weights just like he used to. It shows me that if you put in the effort and are willing to listen amazing things can happen.

Hobbies
calisthenics (body weight exercises), wrestling, baseball, gymnastics, nutrition, anything outdoors, and I love to hear new perspectives from all walks of life
